Time Based Support
The goal of Time Based Support is to be able to provide tactical assistance to you in updating or fixing focused parts of your site. This is done under a plan where you pay per hour of support. Generally the Time Based Support has to get scheduled into existing customer and project timelines so this support option is not the best for a time sensitive item.
Time Based Support requires a 5 hour minimum and may require some lead time.
If you'd like a guaranteed response within 24 hours, then a support agreement is the best solution. With a support agreement, support is available via cell phone during normal business hours, 5 days a week. After hours support is generally provided on a best reasonable effort basis. Holidays where support is not available: New Year's Eve & Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Election Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas.
Support agreements are "use it or lose it" and are provided on an hourly basis with a minimum number of hours per month. Currently the minimum number of hours per month is 5 hours. Any time not used to support you will be donated to bug fixes and features on the modules maintained by GVS. Since some of those modules form the basis of most every site, this takes the "use it or lose it" model and turns it into a "use it or use it" model.
Drupal Training
Some times all you need is a little personalized training. One skill that I really pride myself on is the ability to take complex concepts and make them simple enough for anyone to understand. The videos that I've created are testament to this fact. If you are interested in having me work as a personal tutor the terms are the same as time based support.
