Employee ownership

• Company control is a meritocracy where everyone has a path towards equity ownership
• 20% of your time can be spent working on Drupal community projects or honing your skill set
• Our team decides the projects to work on, including which clients, which community projects, and which side projects
• We are all active participants. We don't have "managers" or "salespeople" because we all do those kinds of tasks all the time (we feel it provides better service to our customers as well).
